Job summary

COS, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a Sales Associate in the Washington area. You will greet customers, guide their shopping journey, and provide proactive service to inspire and uplift.

You will also assist with the cash desk, stock replenishment, and merchandising on the shop floor, contributing to a welcoming, fashion-forward environment. This part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week with a pay of $18.00 per hour, plus benefits and staff discounts across H&M Group brands.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting on the shop floor, handling cash at the desk, managing fitting rooms and merchandising the latest garments.
• Experience in customer service and familiarity with textiles are nice to have but not mandatory.

Qualifications

As a Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
