Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Sales Associate for an in-office position in Texas. You will deliver efficient customer and financial services while representing the IBC Experience and building new customer relationships.

The role focuses on promoting bank products, supporting branch operations, and meeting sales goals in a customer-centric environment. High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of people experience are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services through walk in customers, follow up calls, onboarding, aisle time, and outreach activities.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the New Account Opening Process.
• Support Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Flexibility to travel and assist other branches.
• Flexibility to assist and perform teller operation functions.
• Attend meetings and other events.
• Maintain individual sales performance goals.
• Promptly respond to and communicate customer complaints.
• Assist with on- the- job sales training.
• Other duties as assigned.
