Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning options, upsell services, and help members manage their accounts.

This role requires strong communication, a reliable schedule including evenings and weekends, and a friendly, energetic attitude. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; compensation ranges from $11 to $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and skincare products.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
