Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive membership and service sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We offer a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour plus benefits, with training and development opportunities to grow within the Palm Beach Tan family.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
