Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in Wichita. You'll greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive store sales while delivering top-notch experiences.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment, with evenings and weekends required. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

• Reliable, punctual, and available for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
