Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Kansas City salon. In a fast-paced environment you will help customers select tanning services, educate on UV and sunless options, and strive to exceed personal and store revenue goals.

You will greet customers, process transactions with our POS, maintain a clean salon, and build lasting relationships to encourage memberships and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
