Job summary

United Pacific is hiring a Sales Associate in Missouri to support daily store operations, handle cash, stock, and customer service. You will learn to operate a cash register and ensure security of inventory and currency, while following company policies.

The role demands flexible shifts, occasional weekends/holidays, and the ability to work indoors with some outdoor duties. Training and supervision are provided as part of a structured team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift/push/pull at least 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes.
• Ability to climb a ladder to access stock or signage.
• Work indoors most of the time, with some outdoor periods.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and point-of-sale duties.
• Assist in store operations and maintenance of lighting/fixtures.
• Ensure inventory and currency security to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
