Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate in Missouri to support daily store operations, assist customers, perform cash handling, and help maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment for guests.

You will operate a cash register and computer console, stock inventory, and respond to customer needs with a friendly, professional attitude. This full-time role offers medical benefits and participation in a 401K, with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes; stocking duties.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials and signage.
• Most work indoors but some time outside may occur.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Assist in store operations and maintain customer focus.
• Ensure inventory security and accurate currency handling.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
