UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and uphold our brand standards. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide them through the store journey while ensuring service training guidelines are followed.

You will handle sales transactions, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on meeting store goals. The role emphasizes customer care and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Ensure all customer questions are answered accurately before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating the return policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and adhere to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Report to work on time and follow store policies.
