Job summary

Scheels is hiring a part-time sales associate in Wisconsin to deliver a personalized shopping experience on the sales floor. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products while promoting Scheels Visa.

You’ll contribute to strong sales performance, support merchandising, and participate in product training. Flexible schedule, with weekends required, plus employee benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 months sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to upsell with confidence.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn store systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with a smile and courtesy.
• Deliver exceptional service by assessing needs and guiding purchases.
• Promote Scheels Visa and hit personal sales goals consistently.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stock and restocking.
• Demonstrate product use and retrieve items up to 6 ft high.
• Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate a computer and handheld scanner; use Microsoft Office/Google Docs/AS400.
• Support leadership with additional duties as assigned.
