Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a part-time sales associate in Wisconsin to greet customers, assess needs, and promote products while maintaining merchandising standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience.

You will participate in training, support a team, and handle basic computer and inventory tasks. The position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour plus sales commission, with varied hours between 9 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with a smile and courtesy.
• Deliver customer service by assessing needs and promoting products.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with stock and restocking.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Operate computers and handheld scanners; use MS Office, Google Docs, and AS400.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
