You will receive coaching and structured training to build confidence and sales skills in a fast-paced environment. The role features inbound and outbound calls, direct customer interaction, and a path to advanced responsibilities within a performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
