Job summary

Carolina Title Loans, Inc is looking for a customer-facing, performance-driven salesperson. You will work directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions, asking the right questions and overcoming objections.

This role requires inbound and outbound conversations, the ability to stay positive, and a willingness to learn from feedback and coaching. You will thrive in a structured, goal-driven environment and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
