The role is a customer-facing, performance-driven position handling both inbound and outbound conversations, with coaching to build confidence and resilience in a fast-paced setting. Competitive compensation includes a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide financial decisions.
• Ask direct questions and follow up to close opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence.
