Job summary

The Children's Place in Tannersville, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will support the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals, model excellent customer service, build product knowledge, and apply effective selling techniques to drive results.

You will greet customers, maintain appealing merchandise presentation, assist with replenishment, operate the cashwrap, and help maintain a clean, safe store. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing promotions and offering solutions for out of stock items.

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap and educate customers on the PLACE Card.
