Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work across front and back of store, support omni-channel requests, and help keep the store looking sharp.

We offer flexible schedules including holidays, nights and weekends. Candidates must be 16+ (18+ in CA) and able to lift up to 25 lbs, with basic English considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge and materials with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; be flexible to front and back of store tasks.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience; support loyalty programs.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet deadlines.
