Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers, manage front and back-of-house tasks, and support omni-channel shopping experiences to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; 18 in CA
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for long periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Own self-development and growth opportunities
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA policies
• Adhere to Under Armour attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
