Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, driving sales and delivering standout in-store experiences. You will engage customers, recommend products, and help maintain a sharp, organized store environment across front and back of house. The role supports omni-channel requests and requires energy for fast-paced days.

Minimum age and lifting requirements apply; flexibility for holidays, nights and weekends is expected. Training on UA processes is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers and assist with checkout.
• Ability to suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Comfort with using digital and payment tools.
• Stocking, cleaning and store upkeep responsibilities.
• Ability to work front and back of store, including POS processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to maximize sales.
• Share product knowledge and passion with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work at POS and complete payment processes; fulfill omni-channel requests.
