Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to stand, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Process front-end and back-end POS transactions and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
