Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store sharp. You will greet customers, suggest apparel and footwear, and help maintain an organized, welcoming environment.

You will stock, assist with front and back-of-store tasks, and process POS and omni-channel requests. A collaborative, energetic team player with a flexible schedule is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Strong teamwork and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products you love.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty and explain the Rewards program.
