Psycho Bunny Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for the Somerset Collection on-site in Troy, MI. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, support store operations, and help maintain visual standards.

The role includes processing transactions, protecting assets, and building a loyal customer base through clienteling and proactive outreach. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to succeed in this busy retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with Psycho Bunny team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ring transactions and understand computer systems for merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and report loss prevention violations.
• Engage in clienteling to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversions, and capturing customer contact details.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.
