• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Keep the store, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom neat and organized.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain high brand standards and safe, presentable store environment.
• Handle shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishments per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally with leadership as needed.
