Job summary

The Superette - Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain a neat, well-presented store environment in Boston. You will engage customers with product knowledge, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with the management team to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks and current promotions based on the customer’s style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Ensure returns are restocked correctly and damaged items are labeled and placed appropriately.
• Maintain brand standards for a neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
