Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• State-specific age requirements: 16+ (AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA) or 18+ for others.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet company sales goals by using sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing and visual standards.
• Assist with replenishment and floor sets; keep store full and organized.
• Provide MAPS customer service and a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Sign up clients for rewards and engage in clienteling and wardrobing.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly; maintain a fast, efficient register experience.
