Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• For the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA, must be 16 years of age or older.
• For all other states, must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales goals by using sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and floor maintenance.
• Promotes MAPS principles and provides a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintains a fast and efficient register experience and stays current on payments, coupons, returns, and security policies.
• Supports building a client following through clienteling and wardrobing.
