Job summary

Reid Group is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will support sales, promotions, and store operations while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

The role includes assisting customers with My Crosby’s Rewards, managing daily tasks, and contributing to a welcoming, team-focused atmosphere. Evening and overnight shifts include a $1.50 differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older required.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, POS systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Stay up to date on company operations and expectations.
• Work scheduled shifts and follow dress code guidelines.
• Report any issues related to sales, pricing, or store operations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
