Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will support sales, handle cash, and promote loyalty programs as part of daily operations.

The role includes: following policies, stocking shelves, and ensuring store appearance while providing quality customer experiences across shifts. Overnight differential may apply for late hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Familiarity with lottery and point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all cash handling and register procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and properly priced.
