You will help customers, prepare fresh food to order, promote My Crosby’s Rewards, and assist at checkout. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company values in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
