Job summary

Reid Group seeks a Sales Associate for Crosby’s Stores to deliver outstanding customer experience across shifts and to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. You will support sales and profitability while promoting loyalty programs and teamwork.

You will handle cash transactions, assist customers with orders, and help maintain displays and food service areas in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per recipes.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollments.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe store environment.
• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Protect store assets and follow security procedures.
