Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet company sales goals by using sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or help locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; uphold pricing and visual standards.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models and promotes MAPS principles and standards, offering an omni channel experience.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, including payments, coupons, returns and exchanges, and security practices.
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift cards.
• Sign up clients for reward programs and build a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and online.
• Maintain consistent client communication through customer book.
• Supports replenishment activities and locate fulfillment; assist with floor sets and visual presentations.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization and other duties as assigned.
