AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone and in person toward a no-haggle vehicle purchase. Respond to leads quickly, provide information and help customers transition from digital inquiries to an in-store experience with exceptional service.

You will leverage strong communication, a drive to meet goals, and comfort with technology to close deals and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Help guide customers’ vehicle purchases in AutoNation’s no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads promptly and answer questions to move customers from phone and internet to in-store.
• Negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyles and close the deal.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition to the Service department as needed.
