AutoNation in the United States seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-store vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and close deals while delivering exceptional service before and after purchase; join a team that values trust, teamwork, and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.

• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads promptly, answer questions and provide information to move customers from contact to in-store experience.
• Close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
• Drive loyalty by following up with customers and guiding them to the Service department when needed.
