Job summary

AutoNation seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers from online leads to in-store visits within a no-haggle environment. You will respond to inquiries quickly, provide product information, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, web, and in-person interactions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills help customers find their perfect vehicle, discuss terms, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads quickly across phone, web, and in-person to guide customers from online to in-store experiences.
