Job summary

AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with online, phone, and in-person customers and guide them through the vehicle-purchase journey in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help convert inquiries into in-store visits while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include closing deals, negotiating terms that fit customers’ budgets, and transitioning buyers to the Service department.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
