Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through online, phone, and in-store vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help customers move from initial contact to a confident in-store experience with exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, enjoy helping people, and may have prior sales or retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience; retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from online or phone inquiries to in-store purchase.
• Respond to online leads in a timely fashion and provide information.
• Negotiate terms to fit budgets and payment options.
