Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations across the United States. You will engage with customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Commission is earned on productivity in addition to hourly pay. The role offers an hourly wage (14.00–15.00 per hour) plus a commission plan, Earned Wage Access, and a range of benefits including medical options and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Processes sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
