FirstCash is seeking an entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines frontline sales with lending transactions, offering an hourly wage plus commission, with up to 8% commission on transactions.

You will work in a retail setting with a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, Earned Wage Access, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and discounts. Stores typically operate 9am-6pm with Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and arithmetic skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Answers calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions.
• Works with team to create a positive customer experience.
