Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and support operations, merchandising, and customer service under management direction. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, and keeping floorsets clean and organized.

The role requires strong communication, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while standing for long periods. A team-oriented, energetic attitude is essential.
