Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and support operations, merchandising, and customer service under management guidance.

Responsibilities include selling, cashiering, restocking, setting floorsets, and maintaining clean, organized spaces while upholding our brand values and guest-focused service. Weekends and evenings may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Assist with operations and merchandising under management direction.
• Sell, cashier, replenish, and set floorsets as needed.
• Maintain organized salesfloor and stockroom.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Uphold company branding and standards in all interactions.
