Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers look and feel their best while driving sales and delivering top-notch service.

You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services and memberships, meet sales targets, and maintain a welcoming salon. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
