Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers look and feel their best. You’ll connect with people, drive sales, and deliver excellent service while promoting tanning services and skin care options.

Qualifications

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer experiences.
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
