Job summary

Spitzer Autoworld in Cleveland is seeking a detailer/porter to provide high-level customer service while keeping vehicles looking their best. You will detail exteriors and interiors, shuttle customers, and support the dealership's showrooms and lots.

Qualifications

• Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles exterior and interior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes.
• Shuttle customers to and from destination requested when their vehicle is in for service.
• Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Places vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested.
• Keeps new and used inventory lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Maintains facility, empties trash cans, tidying service bays, cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Fuels new and used vehicle deliveries as directed by General Manager or Service Manager.
• Other related duties as assigned.
