A national leader in luxury fitness is seeking motivated talent to join our team as a Sales Associate to help lead our studio to success!

We pioneered a 500-hour Teacher Training Program for safe, thorough instruction of group Pilates classes. Position:

The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, bringing new members to the studio and booking Intro Classes, while also helping retain current members. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and operate the ClubReady software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours daily
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs
• Maintain personal sales goals
• Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book appointments to meet sales quotas
• Participate in community events to promote the club
• Develop selling skills continuously
• Perform other duties as assigned
