Join Our Team as a Sales Representative - Pewaukee at Club Pilates

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in driving new membership sales by attracting new members and booking Intro Classes. The role also involves supporting member retention. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
  • Good hearing to understand conversations in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • Public speaking proficiency
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, clean DMV record, and ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas

  • Perform other duties as assigned
