Job summary

Studs, a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand in New York, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Studio on Prince Street. You’ll be the first friendly face, sharing product knowledge and delivering a welcoming experience, with an hourly rate of $19.50 and a path to grow your retail and service skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week.
• Reliably attend work for up to 29 hours per week, per studio scheduling.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (8+ hours) and able to lift at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales and service goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience on the floor.
• Welcome and educate customers about the Studs experience, products, and piercing services.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and Earscaper through personalized styling and service.
• Maintain accuracy and flow across appointments, POS, and inventory restocks.
• Support upkeep of the Studio environment in line with visual and brand standards.
