As the first point of contact, you will contribute to team goals, support studio operations, and help uphold brand standards while delivering friendly, safe service in a welcoming Studio environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Commitment to brand standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience on the floor.
• Educate customers about Studs experience, products, and piercing services.
• Serve as brand ambassador through personalized, one‑on‑one styling and service.
• Maintain accuracy and flow across appointments, POS, and inventory restocks.
• Support upkeep of the Studio environment in line with visual and brand standards.
