Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge across bras, lingerie, sleepwear, activewear, and fragrances.

You’ll engage customers, guide fittings, and process transactions accurately on the sales floor and at the cash wrap. The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards, replenishing stock, and contributing to a high-energy, customer-centric shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to floor ready condition and maintains back room standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure in-aisle availability
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock/merchandise flow
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock to brand standards for replenishment
• Supports all activities to provide a safe working environment
• Demonstrates Company values and builds loyalty through Rewards Program
• Complies with store procedures and loss prevention practices
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
