Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive sales with exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge. You will engage customers, help customers find the right fit, and convert promotions into larger sales.

On the sales floor, you’ll deliver accurate transactions at the POS, reinforce buying decisions at checkout, and assist with replenishment and backroom organization. A dynamic, customer-first environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions at POS.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional items.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is on sale floor.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• All associate roles support store sales, brand standards, and loss prevention.
