Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers

• Provide customers with a perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
• Deliver friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage add-on purchases
• Recover and replenish merchandise to brand standards and floor readiness
• Floorset execution with adherence to brand standards
• Maintain back room and under stock to support brand standards
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock optimization
