Job summary

Psycho Bunny North Georgia Premium Outlets is hiring a Sales Associate for on-site work. You will support the store through excellent customer service, ringing transactions, and handling transfers and fulfillments while upholding visual standards and loss prevention.

You’ll build relationships with customers, drive sales, and expand the loyal client base by collecting contact information and delivering a memorable shopping experience. This role requires a friendly, energetic team player.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience is required.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with Psycho Bunny team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Understand computer systems to ring transactions and handle transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and report loss prevention violations.
• Engage in clienteling and build long-term relationships to drive sales.
• Grow a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and collecting contact information.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
